Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!

Yes! for my in-person clients you will need a membership. Shape fitness is the gym that I am currently training at, and it is a private gym and are for members only.  An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts or online gym workouts if you prefer to workout at your nearby gym.

It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
